Frontier Metrology Inc.

Terms and Conditions.

 

The customer agrees to the following conditions:

  • The customer agrees not to violate this agreement or any applicable local laws, international laws, or trade conventions.

 

  • Submitting any content, Drawings, 3D CAD models or physical parts to Frontier Metrology Inc. for the purpose of 3D scanning, Inspection, 3D CAD modeling and manufacturing will not violate or infringe upon any confidentiality agreements, legal agreements, contractual agreements, or requirements by the customers such as but not limited too copyright, trademark, patents, trade secrets, privacy concerns or intellectual property. The customer takes all responsibilities and accountability for the material being submitted and that they can be in possession of the content, drawings, 3D CAD models or physical parts.

 

  • The deliverables provided to the customer by Frontier Metrology Inc. will in no way or part be used by the customer, its agents or representatives in any manner that would violate the conditions outlined above.

 

  • The customer agrees to indemnify Frontier Metrology Inc. and to hold no liability towards Frontier Metrology inc. its partners, owners, shareholders, members, employees, directors and agents from any claims, disputes, litigations, fees, and expenses by any outside or third party due to negligence or the violation of any confidentiality agreements, legal agreements, contractual agreements or requirements by the customers such as but not limited too copyright, trademark, patents, trade secrets, privacy concerns or intellectual property.

Currency

All prices for Services are quoted in Canadian Dollars and subject to all applicable sales taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment Terms

Payment terms offered are COD, Net 15, Net 30 and Net 60 maximum for qualifying customers and industries. New customers are subject to COD terms. Any work under $1,000 CAD is COD.

 

 

 

 

Deposits          

Any estimated over $10,000 CAD or work taking place outside of Ontario requires a deposit prior to commencing scanning.

Purchase Orders

Purchase orders are required prior to scheduling or commencing any service work. In lieu of a purchase order the signed estimate must be provide and sent back to Frontier Metrology Inc.

Late Fees

A late fee of 3% will be applied to any outstanding invoice after the allotted payment terms.

Discounts

A 1% discount is available to customers if balance is paid prior to NET 15.

Credit Card Payments

All credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge.

Quote Validity

Quote is valid for 30 calendar days from the date the estimate is sent.

Additional Scope of work

All estimates are based on the information provided to Frontier Metrology inc. at the time of quoting. Any additional scope of work requirements is in addition to the originally provided estimate.

Errors and Omissions

Frontier Metrology Inc. will not be held liable for any losses or damages to profits, properties, equipment, or personnel whether directly, indirectly, accidental, incidental, or consequentially caused by Frontier Metrology Inc., its services, equipment, employees, or agents under this agreement. Frontier Metrology Inc’s liability under this agreement shall only be limited to the final invoiced amount paid by the customer for the service.

Governing Law

All agreements entered shall be interpreted under and governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any proceeding to enforce or to resolve disputes of any nature shall be brought exclusively before an Ontario Court in Concord, Ontario.
